Many been waiting for a children’s biblical theology curriculum that affirms that the Scriptures teach progressive covenantalism, with the whole Bible progressing and integrating through the various covenants and climaxing in Christ. Hands to the Plow has just launched Big Gears for Little Ears. Big Gears for Little Ears: Biblical Theology for Children
We are thrilled to announce that Big Gears for Little Ears: Biblical Theology for Children is complete and ready to go into the fields our Lord said are “ripe for harvest” (John 4:35)! The past three-plus years have been an incredible journey of prayer, planning, writing, and development. Through every stage of the process, we have witnessed the Lord’s faithfulness and provision, for which we are deeply grateful. As this curriculum begins its ministry, we pray that God will open doors for its use in homes, churches, schools, and ministries around the world. Our hope is that it will help children see the grand story of Scripture, grow in their knowledge and love of Christ, and be strengthened in their faith. We entrust Big Gears for Little Ears to the Lord, prayingn that he will use it to build up his people, equip the next generation to know and treasure Christ, and bring glory to his great name.
Big Gears for Little Ears is a one-year curriculum designed for children ages 5–10. It helps answer important questions such as:
- What is the Bible?
- Why does God’s Word matter?
- What is the Old Testament teaching me?
- How does the New Testament connect to the Old Testament?
- How does Jesus Christ permeate every part of Scripture?
As children journey through the entire Bible in one year, they will discover the answers to these questions and many more. Be sure to explore the special addition of Waffle Creek, a quaint little town filled with new friends who learn these big biblical truths right alongside the children.
